Faux paper doily for mini paperbag

While I was searching on etsy for bags for packaging that I feel in love with from http://www.shortnscrappy65.blogspot.com/ - Paula that was in our swap I came across these cute mini bags with a paper doily on top and a mini clothespin.  I could not find a doily the size of the bag (2 1/2 inches) the smallest I could find was 4 inches and I wanted to include them in each package for the swap so I had to create one.  Here is the Video to show/tell you how I did this.
